We deliver direct to door, to any destination in the world, as standard. Should you require a delivery to port only, or DDP (Delivery Duty Paid, i.e. we pay customs taxes and duties on your behalf and then invoice you) rather than DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid, i.e. your consignee pays these fees), then please let us know. All shipments are transported as DDU unless instructed otherwise.

The majority of European cities are standard next day delivery areas, however for capital and major cities we can offer pre-noon, pre 10:30am and pre 9:00am services, all POA.

Further to our standard door to door Express Export service, we can provide the same service in reverse with the same transit time, all POA

We fly the majority of consignments direct to the receiving country or even city in some cases, to avoid transit points and expedite the delivery process. As with all your consignments on any of our service options, if you have an Account set up with us, you will receive automated and immediate emails to advise you of the POD (proof of delivery).
