When an Account is set up with SMA Worldwide, you will be sent a Username and Password for your online login to place bookings and view your Dedicated Online Tracking pages 24/7/365.

Our road freight service (outside of the Palletways network) is exactly like our International Express Service and our Air and Sea Freight Service – collection from your site and delivery direct to your consignee’s site and vice versa. We can also perform 3^rd party and transshipment anywhere in Europe and the UK. All goods carried are in accordance with the current BIFA Trading Terms and Conditions.

For bulky shipments or pallets that would not be transportable via Air Freight, we can provide a next day service on Road Freight to major European cities, pre-alert and full delivery details required in advance.

As with all your consignments on any of our service options, if you have an Account set up with us, you will receive automated and immediate emails to advise you of the POD (proof of delivery).

The same service as the above but on a slower, more cost effective route for shipments that aren’t too time sensitive.

This is our slowest and most cost effective service for road freight to European destinations for any goods.

Every single Account with SMA Worldwide is allocated a dedicated customer service manager along with a team that works on the proviso that your consignments are constantly being monitored at all times throughout the day and that you have one direct point of contact with whom you can correspond.
