This is our standard collection time within Central London for the majority of Same Day movements (for larger vehicles this may take longer). Outside of Central London, collection times will be dependent on the agreement set with your account manager.We offer the following vehicles: bikes, small vans, transit vans, long wheelbase vans and even Luton or 7.5 ton vehicles if pre-advised. Larger vehicles such as 18 tonners and articulated Lorries can be sourced on request.

In this Industry, Same Day consignments are consolidated with other shipments on the same route to maximise driver time and mileage. However should your consignment have a deadline more urgent than just “end of business delivery” then selecting this service will ensure the driver is on a “solo”/dedicated run and no other consignments require delivery en-route, just yours, from pickup direct to delivery.

Every single Account with SMA Worldwide is allocated a dedicated customer service manager along with a team that works on the proviso that your consignments are constantly being monitored at all times throughout the day and that you have one direct point of contact with whom you can correspond.

We have access to 42 fully staffed partner depots across the UK to ensure full nationwide coverage which enables to collect from even the most remote locations and achieve sameday delivery to any other destination across the UK, all controlled from our Kings Langley HQ.

As with all your consignments on any of our service options, if you have an Account set up with us, you will receive automated and immediate emails to advise you of the POD (proof of delivery).

When an Account is set up with SMA Worldwide, you will be sent a Username and Password for your online login to place bookings and view your Dedicated Online Tracking pages 24/7/365.
